“Re-fried” Black Beans Recipe
INGREDIENTS1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 fresh tomato, chopped1 tsp fresh cilantro1 garlic clove, peeled1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder1/4 tsp granulated garlicsalt & pepper to taste
METHODCombine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, season with salt & pepper to taste. Heat in microwave safe container or on stove top and serve.
Top it with your favorite vegan sour cream.
