“Re-fried” Black Beans Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 tsp fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, season with salt & pepper to taste. Heat in microwave safe container or on stove top and serve.
Top it with your favorite vegan sour cream.
